a patch for completing the tour. Please note that tickets are timed\, so b
e sure to arrive at the parking lot behind the DesPlaines Avenue office 10

ted in Forest Park\, Illinois\, is a historic burial ground established in
1876. It was one of the first cemeteries in the Chicago area to be non-se
ctarian\, welcoming people of all faiths and backgrounds. The cemetery is
renowned for its association with the labor movement\, particularly as the
final resting place of the Haymarket Martyrs\, who were involved in the 1
886 Haymarket Affair—a pivotal event in the history of labor rights in t
he United States. Over the years\, Forest Home Cemetery has become a symbo
l of social justice and a place of remembrance for many notable figures\,
including activists\, artists\, and early Chicago settlers. The cemetery i
s also known for its diverse array of monuments\, gravestones\, and mausol
eums\, which reflect the rich cultural history of the region.
